who?

raziel viel (sometimes introduces himself as raziel vladimov) is the youngest and perhaps the last member of his family. his only known relatives are his mother, theresa and his brother, isak. both of these people are assumed dead. he is known to associate himself with bad people; such as those who frequently cause trouble in the city and try their best to reignite the flames of some rebellion groups.

raziel's last known location was the city center of atmos; he has not been seen after that and is assumed dead as are those who he accompanies. any sightings of raziel or his friends (hilarius, terry, ranka, anahita) are to be reported to the authorities as soon as possible.

history

as many of raziel's accompanies are assumed dead or lost there are not a lot of things that can be factchecked. at the moment of writing this document raziel is accused of physical assault, multiple robberies and arson.

not a lot of personal details remain; it is known that raziel was 23 years old at the time of his disappearance. he is known to have a father, a mother and two siblings but only the identities of his mother and brother are known and revealed to the public. it is unknown if raziel's father or other sibling are alive and well. he is known to have lived on the outer rings of atmos and authorities believe that this is the reason for his behavior and crimes. most of the citizens of the outer rings are known to be aggressive and/or violent.
